Returns and Refund Policy

Customers can return the order only if they get a damaged or defective order. They have to initiate order within the seven days of the delivery. 

 

To return the order, you can either mail it to wecare@nanliugroup.com or call us at 1800-3091-176. 

 

Send your basic information with the order ID, price, date of order, and photo of the product you got. After the process, your return and refund procedure will be initiated within 7 working days and you will be updated promptly.

 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

After we receive the order back to our warehouse, we will inspect it and your refund will be processed. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your bank issuer’s policies.

 

Exchange Policy

We also provide the exchange option in case you want to replace it with another one. Please contact our customer service team at {wecare@nanliugroup.com /1800-3091-176} and provide a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
